45-Day MediaLight Returns & Exchanges
Return or exchange your product for the one that's a better fit.
If you encounter a problem with your MediaLight, every conceivable problem is covered under our comprehensive 5 year warranty. However, perhaps you didn't know what you ordered or returned your TV and no longer need your MediaLight.
You don't need a reason to return your MediaLight for a refund, minus a restocking fee and shipping costs. Simply return it to us in “like new” condition with all of the original parts and packaging to avoid restocking fees.
In keeping with industry standards, Blu-ray discs, once opened, are not eligible for a refund. Likewise, downloads are not eligible for a refund. Defective discs are eligible for exchange.
For all other returns, we will refund your purchase price minus a restocking fee that does not usually exceed 25%. The average restocking fee is 15%. If a unit is returned unused or unopened, there is no restocking fee. Just mail it back.
For any products sold on this website, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
There is no charge for exchanges or warranty replacements within the USA. Outside of the USA, you are responsible for shipping for exchanges.
For a refund to be granted, the entire length of the MediaLight, including the cut segments, must be returned. Please allow 3 weeks for your item to be inspected before a refund is given.
If you are unsure about whether you want to use or permanently install the lights, please do not remove the red adhesive backing and don't cut the strip. Use masking tape or other temporary adhesive tape to test the installation before committing to an installation.
If the entire unit is not returned, including packaging, cables, dimmers and remote controls, it is not eligible for return and will we will mail it back to you if you are in the USA. If you are outside of the USA, we will only return it to you if you pay the shipping charges.
